Andy Gauthier
Main teacher / Founder of Restore
After working as a civil engineer for several years, I realized that my life was missing meaning. Following a period of deep introspection, I decided to switch career and dedicate myself to wildlife conservation.
Over the past six years, I have worked in wildlife rescue centers across Costa Rica, Peru and Laos.
Today, I am incredibly excited to launch Restore — a program created to share the knowledge and experience gained throughout this hard but beautiful journey, while continuing to give rescued wildlife the best possible chance to return to freedom.
Jeremy Phan
Director of LCTW / Host of the project.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s of Science in environmental studies. He worked as director of LCTW for 8 years. We built our friendship through the hardest challenge of our life the relocation of an entire rescue center. Jeremy has a valuable knowledge when it comes to wildlife in south east Asia, conservation and his vision to improve wildlife protection and reintroduction. He is an incredible leader but it’s not as impressive as his talent for dark humour !
Jasmine Ware
Data, survey analyst / Project reviewer.
Jasmine received her Ph.D from Washington State University, M.S. from the University of Kentucky and a B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee. Dr Ware’s work has focused on ecological and multiple polar bear subpopulations. I met Jasmine while she was working in LCTW and she has skills that will be extremely useful for your learning and especially reviewing potential scientific publications. She knows the field of conservation as well as all the seasons of Below Deck !
